Running Late Game

Running Late is a fun card-based game where you need to create a convincing excuse for arriving late to work. Build your story by choosing cards that fit together without creating contradictions.

You can add up to three cards to your excuse chain each day. After building your story, answer your boss's follow-up questions and try to keep your explanation consistent.

Use the redraw option when you need better choices, or tell the truth once per run if your excuse becomes too difficult to defend. Running Late supports mouse and touch controls for desktop and mobile play.
